We help to develop emotional literacy and self-regulation, healthier relationships and a boost of confidence and self belief.
We run regular monthly group session in St Albans for children aged 4-8 years. Each session includes key elements of yoga and mindfulness, as we explore poses, breathing techniques and relaxation.
These classes provide key take-aways for children, equipping them with digestible, mini skills and techniques to feel calmer in body and mind.
