Our classes provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for children to learn emotional well-being skills to equip them for life!


We help to develop emotional literacy and self-regulation, healthier relationships and a boost of confidence and self belief. 

Classes in Central St Albans

1:1 sessions for 4-8 year olds

1:1 sessions for 4-8 year olds

We run regular monthly group session in St Albans for children aged 4-8 years. Each session includes key elements of yoga and mindfulness, as we explore poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. 


These classes provide key take-aways for children, equipping them with digestible, mini skills and techniques to feel calmer in body and mind.

We deliver 1:1 sessions for children aged 4-8 years. These are perfect if a quieter, calmer environment is needed. In these sessions, we will focus on

  • Grounding techniques 
  • Yoga poses
  • Positive affirmations 
  • Relaxation 
  • Strategies to explore and cope with emotions
